About Julia Baxter

I am a People and Culture Expert with over 25 years' experience working as a generalist Human Resources Director in the Hospitality and Leisure Industry. My passion is to help organisations attract, engage and retain the best talent while creating a positive culture, where employees can thrive and businesses can grow and be recognised as a great place to work.

I started my career in hospitality in restaurant management and operations, working with 5-star luxury brands and high street restaurant groups. My knowledge and expertise is in new openings and established businesses and spans hotels, restaurants, private members clubs, bars, spas, leisure clubs, head offices and support services.

 

I work with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and goals. My approach to consulting goes beyond traditional HR solutions. I take the time to understand the business objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve success.  I am committed to delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships with my clients.
